Theme 1. The Rationale for Investing in ECCD.
Several of the following references setting out elements of a rationale for investing in ECCD were written for general audiences and several were commissioned as part of assistance provided to specific international organizations participating in the Consultative Group on Early Childhood Care and Development as they began to consider why and how they should expand their support for programs of early childhood care and development.
